Daniel is our Mindfulness trainer and guide. Daniel’s mission is to help you effectively handle painful thoughts and feelings and to create a rich, full and meaningful life. A life truly worth living!

A fascination with nature and harmonious living inspired Daniel to explore alternative views of medicine and healing, and particularly Mindfulness. He has spent considerable time in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries learning traditional mindfulness and meditation practices and has continued this education throughout Australia and Japan.

Combining traditional practice with the latest scientific approach to mindfulness, Daniel is post-graduate qualified in a range of evidence based mindfulness modalities, including:

  • Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (MiCBT)
  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Therapy (MBSR)
  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Daniel utilises a combination of these modalities to achieve your optimum wellbeing. Daniel’s goal is to fit mindfulness into your life and will work with you collaboratively to set goals and establish mindfulness practice according to your needs.

He takes an individual approach to each client, helping them to regain balance, establish healthy response to difficulties and make positive lifestyle choices to promote wellness in all dimensions of their lives. He is committed to continually motivating clients until they have successfully integrated such plans into their daily lives and are fully satisfied with the results.

He aims to help patients to develop unconditional acceptance of themselves and others, based on the understanding that the physical complaints of a patient may be affected by their emotional, mental and spiritual balance. His approach enables clients to experience healing at a deeper, more profound level.
