Digestive Relief Elixir is one of the Osmosis wellness elixirs, a small range that sits alongside the brand’s skincare. Each elixir is natural spring water that Osmosis treats with what it calls proprietary frequencies, using a different frequency formula for each product. The ingredient list has one item: natural spring water.

It comes as a 125 mL bottle with a pump, which holds about 44 serves at the 7-pump serving size on the label. Per serve, the nutrition panel shows no energy, fat, sodium, carbohydrate or protein.

The label suggests taking it twice a day, morning and evening, so it is easy to fold into a daily routine.

How to use

Take 5 pumps in the morning and 5 in the evening. If you weigh more than 79 kg, take 7 pumps.

Osmosis Australia suggests shaking the bottle well before each use. The box gives the larger serve for people over 175 lb, which is about 79 kg.
