At Vital Chi Wellness we offer naturopathic treatments for the common cold. Antibiotics will kill the bacteria in your system but will do nothing to prevent you from contracting the cold again. However, naturopathy works with your body’s immune system, boosting its defenses to cure your cold and warn off future viruses.

We consider your diet and nutrition as they are key to a healthy immune system. Your body uses a lot of energy when fighting off a cold and it needs to be properly fueled to aid this natural process. We will prepare a nutrition plan that is rich in the vitamins needed to improve your immune defenses.

This will be aided by herbal medicines and essential oils which help break down mucus, reduce congestion and treat the virus.
